Ratings and reviews

The app is very poor. I can't search for events, access them or use search filters because the app keeps on going back, going blank, exiting view, or crashing. I have switched to using the website (via mobile browser) and I don't have any of these problems. (Note: App is fully up-to-date). This is a shame, because I use Eventbrite a lot and using the website on the phone is not the ideal situation.

I love finding events but the app itself is not very good. It frequently returns events that are not in the filtered date range. Also when you tap on an event and then go back to the search, It completes the search again, taking you all the way to the top of the list and you have to load the events again page by page. It makes it really cumbersome to browse the details of the events. The price of the event is not shown as part of the thumbnail.

I've made improvement suggestions a number of times but y'all don't seem to care to fix a major problem with the app. I can only search for online events. It's impossible to search for in person, which is wild. The filters don't do anything. When I sign up for in person events, I have to do it through the organizations' link on insta because I won't be able to find them on the app. This is so inconvenient. The app has been updated, uninstalled and reinstalled, but it doesn't matter. It's trash.
